Joy in Meditation is a 6 week class incorporating meditative practices of silence, sound, movement, and breath as we journey through the realm of joy, meditation, and yoga. Gentle movement will be a part of each class.
Participants are encouraged to read the Book of Joy and journal through the duration of the course. Books will be available for purchase beginning January 3rd.
