Kids have a natural affinity for the practice of yoga since they are innately playful, creative, courageous, and honest. Directing this energy into a yoga session with other children is a fun and empowering experience.
Through yoga, develop a heightened sense of body awareness and increase their sense of calm body / calm mind. We also have a blast!
During our movement based classes we will learn yoga postures and explore creative movement to develop strength and flexibility as well as practice breathing techniques to relax the mind.
Kids Yoga is a “Class Series” which is held intermittently throughout the year. Participation is on a reservation basis. Call or email to get the date and times for the next session and to reserve your child a space for this 8 week series.
