30 Day Challenge Special: From April 5 to May 5 we are doing a 30 Day Challenge to increase your yoga practice and try new things. For the two Restorative classes that fall in that period, we’re shortening them from 90 to 60 minutes and making it only 1 punch on your pass. This is the perfect time to try Restorative Yoga if you’ve been waiting!
Restorative yoga is a time of deep relaxation. Yoga props (bolsters, blankets, pillows…) are used to help each posture meet your bodies needs. In this 90 minute class students will be encouraged to become completely comfortable allowing the body to rest and heal. Students are encouraged to wear layers and bring an extra blanket or pillow from home.
