Yoga 101 is a 6 week series of gentle flow classes designed specifically for beginner yogi’s or experienced yogi’s looking to revisit their foundation. Topics covered in the class include an introduction to postures, breathing techniques, meditation, studio etiquette, safety, nutrition and more.
Included in Yoga 101:
- Six 90 minute yoga classes with your Yoga 101 group
- 2 additional classes of your choosing from our weekly schedule to be used during the course
- 10% off a class pass for participants who attend all 6 classes
- 10% off a 3-session package of private yoga booked during the course.
