Yoga 101 is a 6 week beginner yoga series providing participants with the foundations for a yoga practice. Over the course of the 6 week series, you will learn the fundamentals of proper alignment in key postures to help you develop a safe and sustainable practice. We will cover basic postures, breathing techniques, alignment principles, philosophy, meditation, and yoga terminology.
Included in Yoga 101:
- 6 yoga classes with your Yoga 101 group
- 2 additional classes of your choosing from our weekly schedule to be used during the course
- Support from your instructor outside of class via email
- 10% off a class pass for participants who attend all 6 classes
- 10% off a 3-session package of private yoga booked during the course.
