Welcome,
This class is designed just for you. In this season of Giving, we wanted to give you a class that is a gift to yourself. The Crunchy Mama box is highlighting the spirit of Giving and so we’ve included a couple extra classes from our Online Studio as well.
From all of us at Beyond Bending Yoga, we’re glad you’re here!
End your day or your week with this sweet tension relieving vinyasa flow. We keep it low to the ground with postures to address the “hot spots” of tension, shoulders and hips, and splash in fascial work (massage) with a tennis ball. This class is suitable for all yogi’s who feel comfortable on the ground.
You’ll need a tennis ball, 2 blocks, and a blanket for this practice.
More videos, meditations, and classes await you.
Join Beyond Bending Yoga’s Online Membership for just $25 / month and bring a full yoga practice into your home.
To sweeten the deal, we’re adding the first 30 days free if you join through this page by clicking the “Join Now” button above. Your credit card information will be stored but won’t be charge until after your first 30 days.
We’re calling this membership the “Namaste” membership because at its most basic, Namaste is a way to say ‘hello.’ It is a greeting, and a greeting is the beginning of the act of giving and receiving.
This page will be available through January 9 so that you have plenty of time to try the class above and the two additional classes offered below from the online studio.
Here’s a sample class from the library of the Online Studio.
In this Morning Express (27 min long) we will begin low to the ground and work our way to standing postures as we move through sun salutations and moon flow postures. This practice ends with deeper hip openings and a time of meditation. It’s a perfect way to start your day!
Here’s another class from the library of the Online Studio.
This class has it all with sun salutations featuring a chatarunga tutorial and shaping drills as well as a chattagunga free (wrists, elbow, and shoulder friendly) sun salutation. We work with the heat from the sun salutation to utilize the breath and focus in moon inspired postures of revolved triangle, 1 leg squat, balancing half moon with a bind, and standing balancing pigeon. Cap off this 30 minute practice with alternate nostril breathing and a mindful minute and you’ll be on your way balanced and refreshed.
