We’ve all got them, but what are they? In this 8 week series, we’ll spend time each week focusing on a different chakra through movement, breath, and meditation. After covering the seven chakras, our 8th class will be a special ‘chakra balancing class.’ This series is an extension of the previously offered chakra workshops but does not require them as a pre-requisite. It is helpful to have some prior yoga experience, but is not required.
All levels are welcome to participate.
