Yoga 101 is a series of gentle flow classes designed specifically for beginner yogi’s or experienced yogi’s looking to revisit their foundation. Topics covered in the class include an introduction to postures, breathing techniques, meditation, studio etiquette, safety, nutrition and more.

- FIVE additional classes of your choosing from our weekly schedule
